the good news is I found the best ever website to SAVE TIME! Do you love smaller photos, but a) the photo lab charges 89c a sheet b) it takes forever to resize at home c) Big W do it for 19c but it takes longer that the 89c option!!!

WELL stress no longer! Download photosheet and you will be in heaven!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!

here are some I whipped up earlier!!!!! i tell you I did this in less than one minute! You can even pick your canvas size and have 3 skinny pics on a 6x4.

and onto the bad news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I have been having sooo much fun these holidays - they have gone past in the blink of an eye and I am soooooo sad!!!!! I have wasted time surfing the net and day dreaming this week! but I must have needed the break! JUMPING right back into it this week!!!!!

10weeks until holidays!!!!!

Anzac day

I always think of my gorgeous Dad today, his brother Norman who fought in WW2 and all of the great Australians that made us a lucky country!

I wanted soo much to see my Dad march today...something I have always wanted to do! We were going to take Max in to the city to watch Poppy, but dad said his heart was not in it this year (his partner is very unwell).

So we took Max and my friends daughters to the zoo! We had a great time but gee the zoo has changed! I guess it is 90 years old! A lot of it is under renovation, the new seal and penguin section is great though! Max was fascinated by the Chimps!!! they are such "sweet" animals!

I have had my head burried in my list! Max's future room is PAINTED, blinds measured and quoted and carpet is clean in the house!

Scrapbookers - do you still use slip in albums??? I have just spent HOURS and HOURS putting all my photos from 2005 to the end of 2006 in slip in albums! You see I still need my photos in order, that record to look back on as I will never scrap everything!
AM i the only one?

So how is my list going? I must check up on myself!

Get quotes for the blind and painting for Max's new room - the room is painted!!! one step ahead!

All in all I am going OK!!!!!

our day!

today we left home at 8.50am and returned at 6.30pm! It was a day that showed my boy is such a great kid on the move and although he had his cranky moments (after he was hurt) he is a gorgeous boy that I love spending my holidays with!

We arrived at the Wiggles play centre at 9.25am and Max played with his friends Alex, Sophie, Nathan and Zoe. We were about to leave when they announced a HENRY show would be starting soon! So Veronika and I stuck around and I am glad we did as the kids enjoyed it! We left at 2pm and Max was asleep by the first set of lights! I drove to IKEA for a shop and a coffee with Alison! I left Homebush at 4pm and decided I NEEDED to go and pick up my photos from Liverpool and SHOP!!!! I arrived at Liverpool at 5pm and managed to squeeze in some shoe shopping for Max and I, picking up some photos and a shop in Target! Lucky they stay open late! I got Max some CUTE!!! undies - cant wait until we start using them!

Alison rang me and we decided she would come over and cook us dinner and then we would scrap! I walked in the door at 6.30pm and ate a great dinner at 7.20pm! OH bliss!
We were tooo busy talking with Darren and his mate Vic to scrap! :( I think we just both had a hectic day!

3 little ducks

you all know the song...they all went out one day. Mother duck said COME BACK COME BACK but only 2 little ducks came back! and eventually NONE came back!

Max watched the story unfold on our playschool DVD today, he started looking at it NOT believing that those silly ducks would not listen to their mother............but then it ended, they never came back and he BURST into TEARS!!!!!!

as you can see we had a PJ day today! I talked on the phone for hours to many friends (3 hours to be exact!!!!). Max watched Barney after playschool and then CRIED again when Baby bop lost her blankie.......these DVDs should have a WARNING!!!!

I am going OK on the list. Ironing CHECK, Journaling NEARLY done, rang about the blinds but did not call me back GRRRRR!

It was great to catch up with Elleni and Lucas today! Sadly the weather sent us indoors! We will have to do an outdoor photo shoot ASAP!

Here is one of the layouts I scrapped last night! I had bad light when i took the shot! it is a crisper red and max is not pinky!

too cold!

WHO turned off the heat??? last year I was still swimming laps in my pool....today i FROZE!

Today Max and I stayed inside and made playdoh. He calls it bugger!!!! no idea why, he only uses that word when I say playdoh. I made him puppies and he took great pleasure is squashing them and saying GONE!!!!

I am happy to say number 5 on my list is complete and I booked the carpet cleaning!

I have done all the ironing too!!!!!

Off to catch up with Elleni tomorrow - SO narelle I might not be home when you call!!!

First Saturday of the holidays!

up early to get Max to gymnastics, shopped and spent money in an hour at the shops, then off to a 4th birthday party for Akirra!

back on the freeway to Sue's at scraploot for a scrap fix! She has the HOTTEST stuff in !!!!

I got to see Alison which was great and thanks SOOOOO much for my goodies! thanks Alison for all your great photos you burnt to disk of max and I! I love you taking photos of us! like the one in the LO below - i never would have had that memory if you were not there with your camera snapping!

then it was off to a BBQ with mothers group! home at 9.30am for more cyber cropping at KSK!

HOLIDAYS!!! YIPPPEEEEEEEEEE

Oh glorious HOLIDAYS! I LOVE YOU SOOO!!!!!

Don't get me wrong I am happy teaching, I have a nice class that have improved a lot this term! BUT I have sooo much to do! Teaching takes up time and holidays are a time to relax, unwind, shop, organise and scrap!


What better way to start the holidays than a KSK Cyber scrap! I had such a giggle in the chat room I nearly lost my cup of tea! I am running! Drop on by and do a challenge!

Abundance of buttons This challenge started off as a button challenge then i thought not everyone will have 50 buttons at hand! So it has 2 parts and you may choose one or both! BUTTON border! use your abundance of buttons and border a photo or journaling block with them! I have an abundance of RED buttons, the lid would not sit on the jar nicely! So I used them to frame my photo and journaling An abundance of ????? what else do you have an abundance of? Letter stickers, tape, chipboard hearts, arrows, owls or ribbon ! Use it on a layout to WIN! Please save your work to the gallery under ABUNDANCE! Have fun!

today

very quiet here, all I can hear is the wind. Max is sleeping! We missed swimming today as he has a very runny nose. We walked up to the park to get out of the house at 11am and it was sooo nice to have the park to ourselves.

The LO above is for KSK using the new Fancy Pants about a boy collection, great colours!

KSK will be having a cyber crop / challenge weekend from the 11th of this month so drop by to WIN and chat!

Sally leaves home and away tonight and when she spoke on channel 7 this morning about when she started out it brought back a lot of memories for me! I watched this show from day one! I was in year 6 and our class talked about it all the time! I was in LOVE with Alex Papps and I think I went 3 years without missing one episode as my dad would tape it for me the rare times I had something on!

I bet i have a little cry tonight saying goodbye as I was an 80s/90s TV addicts, as a matter of fact I always will be a TV addict!
